Shipping policy

UK DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. We post every day Monday-Friday. (No orders will be shipped on Saturday/Sunday)

UK orders are sent Evri which aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days. If you require a faster postage service, please contact us prior to ordering. 

When you receive a dispatched email you'll get a tracking number to track your parcel. If you won’t be in to receive your order please re-arrange the delivery for a new date or select a safe place / neighbour to deliver to instead. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are sent tracked & signed. For all European orders outside of the UK duties & taxes will need to be paid by the recipient of the order. These charges are out of our control and are calculated by the local authority.  Please check your countries import charges/vat rate before buying as any parcel returned back to us due to unpaid customs fees will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
